Jessica has been my personal trainer for 10 years. My initial goal was to get fit to trek up Kilimanjaro. As a middle aged man who had never exercised (and had never set foot in a gym) this was a major challenge. Jessica was invaluable. She was patient, encouraging and insightful, helping me build up my strength and endurance so I was more than capable of this challenge. Having reached a reasonable level of fitness I wanted to maintain this.
